This individual will serve as the first point of contact for tenants, vendors, and visitors entering the office and will play a key role in supporting the property management team.


The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a polished and welcoming presence at the front desk. Prior property management experience is preferred, but not required.


Responsibilities


  • Greet tenants, vendors, clients, and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
  • Support day-to-day administrative operations of the office
  • Manage and track Certificates of Occupancy and related documentation
  • Coordinate vendor agreements, leases, and insurance certificates

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with external agencies, utilities, and jurisdictional partners
Support long-term capital improvement and infrastructure development initiatives


What We’re Looking For

12+ years of experience in transportation, roadway, or civil infrastructure project delivery
Strong background managing projects through both design and construction phases
Experience with rural roadway systems, storm drainage, and utility coordination (water, sewer, fiber, electric)
Experience working with public sector agencies or multi-stakeholder environments strongly preferred
Solid understanding of construction engineering and inspection (CEI) practices
Exceptional leadership, communication, and coordination skills
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Preferred
Professional Engineer (PE) license (preferred, not required)
Florida-based project experience strongly preferred
Requirements
Valid Florida Driver’s License
Ability to travel locally as needed for project sites and meetings

What You’ll Do

Job Summary


We are looking for a hands-on Product Development Engineer with a strong background in mechanical and/or electrical engineering and experience working directly with overseas manufacturers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and sourcing cost-effective product solutions based on customer requests. This person will work closely with suppliers—primarily in China and other parts of Asia—to manage the full product development cycle from concept to production.


Responsibilities


  • Review customer product requests and specifications and identify viable manufacturing solutions
  • Collaborate directly with manufacturers in China/Asia to develop or reverse-engineer products
  • Work step-by-step with factories to ensure product quality, pricing, and delivery timelines
  • Conduct cost analysis and source alternate materials or production methods as needed
  • Coordinate sampling, revisions, and compliance testing
  • Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and contract terms with international suppliers
  • Travel to Asia for factory visits, sample approvals, and supplier relationship management


Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product development or engineering roles
  • Must speak Mandarin fluently (spoken and written)
  • Proven experience working with international manufacturers, especially in China
