Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Doral, FL
Schedule: Monday through Saturday (Saturday required until noon or when work is completed)
Important Note: Must be open to overtime. No time off permitted during the summer peak season (block-out dates apply).
About Us:
A fast-paced, high-volume wholesale distributor in the hardware, tools, and HVAC supply industry is seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse Supervisor. This operation combines a busy storefront that serves walk-in contractors and trade professionals with a robust warehouse that moves large volumes of product daily for deliveries and pickups across Florida and the Caribbean.
This is a dynamic environment where accuracy, speed, and organization are essential. The ideal candidate brings leadership experience in a similar setting and is ready to be hands-on—guiding warehouse staff, supporting a steady customer flow in the showroom, and managing inventory in real-time.
Qualifications:
- The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee 5–10 team members and is expected to work alongside them to ensure all daily operations are completed efficiently.
- This includes picking, packing, shipping, receiving, inventory control, forklift operation, and WMS usage.
- The position requires someone who is comfortable being on their feet throughout the day, capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, and willing to work in a hot warehouse environment.
- Knowledge of RF scanners and a proactive approach to keeping operations running smoothly are essential.
- This role involves full coordination between warehouse logistics and storefront demands, ensuring seamless product movement and optimal customer satisfaction.
- Supervisory experience, particularly in supplier or storefront-based distribution centers, is highly valued.
- Candidates must have at least five years of warehouse or distribution experience, including a minimum of two years in a supervisory capacity.
- Forklift certification is preferred.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required, as is strong familiarity with warehouse technology and inventory systems.
- A high school diploma is required, and additional training in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
