Location: Doral, FL (Local Candidates Only)
Schedule: Monday- Friday, 7am to 5pm, availability to work Saturdays when needed

Are you a hands-on Warehouse Manager with a strong background in a busy supplier distribution center? We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (English/Spanish) leader to oversee warehouse operations in Doral, FL. This role requires someone with a "can-do" attitude, excellent initiative, and the flexibility to work Saturdays when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve high productivity and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and address any logistical challenges.
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a hands-on Warehouse Manager in a fast-paced supplier distribution center.
- Experience operating a forklift is required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
- Flexibility to work on Saturdays when necessary.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a very fast-paced environment.
