Manufacturing Associate (Forklift Experience Required)
Location: Hialeah, FL
Schedule: Rotating shifts — Week 1: 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM; Week 2: 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Job Summary
We are seeking reliable, bilingual Manufacturing Associates to support production operations in a fast-paced, FDA-regulated environment. This is a hands-on position involving equipment handling, material movement, and basic computer operation. Candidates must be comfortable working rotating shifts and using forklifts.
Key Responsibilities
Feed raw materials (e.g., tobacco, filters) into machines and transport materials throughout the facility using pallet jacks, forklifts, or conveyors
Operate semi-automated systems and basic computer controls
Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, vacuuming, and equipment sanitization
Complete required documentation accurately following Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
Follow all safety procedures and wear PPE as required
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Forklift experience required
Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
Basic computer skills
Willingness to work a rotating schedule
