Job Title: Manager, Inbound Operations

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Manager, Inbound Operations to oversee inbound warehouse activities at a high-volume distribution center in Miami, FL. This role is responsible for leading receiving, inventory control, and replenishment operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and strong service levels.

Key Responsibilities
Inbound Operations Management
- Oversee daily receiving operations, including unloading, inspection, and system entry of inbound shipments
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of all inbound goods
- Coordinate dock schedules and receiving priorities with vendors and transportation partners
- Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Inventory Management
- Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation processes
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Maintain proper product storage, labeling, and location management
Replenishment Operations
- Manage replenishment processes to support outbound order fulfillment
- Monitor inventory levels and trigger replenishment as needed
- Optimize slotting and storage strategies to improve efficiency
Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and warehouse associates
- Establish performance expectations and track KPIs
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
Process Improvement
- Identify and implement process improvements across inbound and inventory operations
- Partner with outbound teams to ensure seamless warehouse coordination
Reporting & Metrics
- Monitor KPIs such as receiving throughput, inventory accuracy, and replenishment cycle times
- Prepare reports and provide operational insights to leadership
Qualifications
Experience
- 5+ years of warehouse or distribution center experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience managing teams
- Strong background in receiving operations and inventory control
Skills
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
