We’re seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a busy, high-volume warehouse setting. This isn’t a sit-back-and-watch kind of role. You’ll be leading by example, ensuring your team is efficient, organized, and safety-focused.
This position is ideal for someone who loves structure, teamwork, and taking ownership in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and motivate a team of 5–10 warehouse associates, providing training, coaching, and direction to ensure safety and efficiency.
Participate in daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and restocking.
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move and organize inventory.
Manage inventory levels using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners to maintain accuracy and control.
Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and compliant with OSHA and company standards.
Identify process improvement opportunities to increase productivity and streamline workflows.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, productivity, and shipping timelines.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of warehouse/distribution experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Forklift operation experience is required; certification is preferred.
Proficient in WMS, RF scanners, and general inventory control systems.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Must be available to work Saturdays until noon or until all work is completed.
Must be open to working overtime as needed.
Comfortable working in a hot, non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and perform repetitive movements.
No planned time off during peak summer season.
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Additional training in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management is a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
