Warehouse / Forklift Associate
Location: Gladeview, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Pick & Pack: Accurately pick size/color/style variants using RF scanners; pack items to brand standards (poly mailers/boxes, inserts, return labels).
- Ship Orders: Print and apply shipping labels (UPS/FedEx/USPS/Amazon), cartonize, and stage pallets; hit daily cut-off times.
- Receive & Put-Away: Unload inbound, verify counts/ASNs, inspect products for defects or damage, and bin to proper locations.
- Inventory & Replenishment: Perform cycle counts, resolve variances, and replenish forward pick locations to maintain optimal pick-faces.
Qualifications
- Experience: 6+ months in fulfillment/warehouse or e-commerce preferred.
- Forklift/Reach Truck: Required (safe operation and adherence to SOPs).
- Tech & Tools: Comfortable with RF scanners, WMS/ERP, and shipping platforms (ShipStation/ShipHero/Amazon Seller Central preferred).
- Detail-Oriented: Strong SKU, color, and size verification; secure, presentation-ready packing.
- Reliability & Communication: Consistent attendance, positive attitude, and clear, professional communication with teammates and leads.
Physical Requirements
- Lift/push/pull up to 20 lbs; stand/walk 8–10 hours; bend, reach, and climb step stools.
- Work in a warehouse environment (temperature variations, concrete floors, moderate noise).
Nice to Have
- Quality control experience.
- Basic computer literacy; WMS proficiency required, fulfillment system experience a plus.
- Amazon/Shopify fulfillment familiarity (FBM/Prime cut-offs, SLA awareness).
