Location: Orlando, FL 32819 (Onsite)
Job Type: Full-Time - Contract - Temp to Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Must be flexible to rotating schedule and mandatory OT on Saturday)
Job Summary
We are seeking multiple detail-oriented Warehouse Clerks to support daily operations in a fast-paced technology and logistics environment. These roles support production across several departments, including Shipping, Receiving, Processing, Inventory, and Quality Control, with opportunities for cross-training and growth.
Depending on department placement, responsibilities include accurately processing, tracking, and documenting incoming and outgoing equipment while maintaining strict quality, data accuracy, auditing, and compliance standards. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and thrives in a production-driven setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Process, receive, and document incoming technology equipment and materials
- Accurately enter data into inventory and asset management systems
- Label, sort, and stage equipment for processing, deployment, or shipment
- Perform basic inspections to ensure items meet quality, documentation, and audit standards
- Maintain clean and organized work areas while following established workflows and procedures
- Meet daily productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time expectations
- Adhere to all security, safety, and compliance requirements at all times
- Support inventory counts, cycle counts, and audits as needed
- Assist with general warehouse duties based on operational needs
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to support daily operational goals
- Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
- Operate a forklift after completing client-provided training and certification, as applicable
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in processing, warehouse operations, logistics, or data entry required
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of accuracy with strong attention to detail
- Willingness and flexibility to train and work across multiple departments based on operational needs
- Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods during the workday
- Basic computer proficiency with the ability to quickly learn internal systems
- Capable of lifting, moving, and handling items weighing up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a structured, performance-driven environment with productivity goals
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow both written and verbal instructions
