Warehouse Associate – Loading / Unloading / Forklift Operator

- Pay: $19.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift
- Work Location: In person- Doral, Florida

Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments efficiently and safely
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, stage, and store products
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against shipping documentation
- Pick, pack, palletize, wrap, and prepare orders for shipment
- Maintain accurate inventory movement and warehouse organization
- Transport materials throughout the warehouse and designated storage areas
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and report any issues promptly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company safety standards
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed
- Collaborate with warehouse team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience required
- Experience with loading and unloading trucks/containers
- Prior forklift experience required (sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, or cherry picker experience a plus)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, walking, and lifting throughout the shift
- Experience working in a fast-paced distribution, logistics, or warehouse environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Basic computer or RF scanner experience is a plus
