Job Title: Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver
Location: Schertz, TX

We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual who will work in our warehouse and handle deliveries. In this dynamic role, you’ll help ensure that shipments are accurate and timely, while also being responsible for delivering products safely to our customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Organize and verify shipments, ensuring accuracy in labeling and inventory
- Safely operate a forklift to load/unload products and move materials within the warehouse
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety guidelines
- Drive delivery vehicles to transport goods to customers, ensuring timely and safe deliveries
- Inspect and verify the quality and quantity of items being shipped and received
- Keep detailed records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory
- Perform regular inventory checks and contribute to the overall flow and organization of the warehouse
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1+ year of experience in warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and inventory management
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check
- Forklift experience and certification required
- Basic math and reading skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Experience in loading/unloading trucks is a plus
- Must be able to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Starting pay: $20.00 per hour
