Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging, tailored lessons aligned with state-approved curriculum.
- Conduct assessments to monitor progress and provide actionable feedback to students and parents.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment that encourages learning and growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the community to support student achievement.
- Uphold the Six Measures of Excellence, emphasizing student performance, parent satisfaction, and character education.
- Incorporate innovative teaching strategies and technology to enhance learning.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Certification: Valid Florida teaching certificate with endorsement in Elementary Education (Grades K-6).
- Experience: Previous classroom experience is preferred, with a passion for working with elementary-age students.
- Skills: Strong communication, organization, and teamwork abilities; proficient in integrating technology into teaching.
