Territory Sales Representative – HVAC Distribution
Location: Miami-Dade & Broward Counties, FL

A well-established HVAC distributor in South Florida is seeking a high-performing Territory Sales Representative to manage and expand customer relationships across Miami-Dade and Broward counties. This is a field-based role focused on growing B2B sales with contractors, mechanical firms, and service companies.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage a defined territory through regular onsite visits and customer engagement
Build and grow long-term relationships with HVAC contractors and businesses
Identify new opportunities and close sales with confidence
Provide technical product support and recommend tailored solutions
Collaborate with inside sales and support teams to fulfill customer needs
Log activities and sales in CRM software and report on pipeline progress
Requirements:
Must have prior experience in HVAC supplier or distribution sales (required)
3+ years of outside B2B sales experience
In-depth understanding of HVAC parts, systems, and contractor needs
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must be able to travel daily throughout Miami-Dade and Broward counties
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
