Position Title: Technical Specialist
Location: Doral, FL
Contract Duration: Approx. 9 months
Pay Rate: Up to $27/HR, depending on experience
Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for technology? Join our team as a Technical Specialist, where you’ll play a key role in keeping our client’s IT operations running smoothly by providing exceptional on-site technical support and networking expertise.
What You’ll Do:
Install, configure, and support network, POS, and computer devices (PCs, laptops, routers, switches, etc.) at our Miami HUB.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues on-site.
Provide professional, responsive support to end users.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment.
Document incidents, interventions, and solutions in the ticketing system.
Assist with system implementations and technology upgrades.
What We’re Looking For:
Proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems.
Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, routers, and switches.
Hands-on experience with hardware support and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, VPNs, and email systems.
