Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Pompano Beach, FL
Schedule: Monday – Friday | Saturdays are required during Peak Season | Full-Time
Overview:
A leading distribution and supply company in Pompano Beach, FL is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role is ideal for a bilingual professional (English/Spanish) with a strong background in warehouse and logistics operations, particularly within the distribution supplier or supply store industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of materials
- Supervise and coordinate the work of warehouse staff to ensure productivity and safety goals are met
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with purchasing, sales, and logistics teams to meet operational timelines
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members on best practices and standard operating procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse supervisory experience, preferably in a distribution supplier or supply store environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment is a plus
- Reliable, organized, and solutions-focused
