What you will do:
Job tasks will include rapidly developing structural building information models (BIMs), annotating plan and details, creating three-dimensional renderings, rationalizing geometry for appropriate structural schemes, and assisting with creating structural narratives. As a BIM / Revit Operator, you will be collaborating with the BNI project manager and under the direction of the BIM / Revit Director.
Requirements:
Two years’ experience with REVIT structure.
Experience at creating structural drawings preferred.
Ability to work under the direction of engineers and REVIT Manager to develop structural model.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, pro-active and team-oriented.
40 hours per week min. plus flexible schedule to meet deadlines.
