Store Manager – Gas Station, Carwash & Food Truck Hub

We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on Store Manager to take charge of our busy gas station, convenience store, car wash, and on-site food trucks. What You’ll Do
- Ensure smooth 24/7 operations of the store, car wash, and food trucks.
- Manage inventory, control costs, maximize profit margins, and minimize waste.
- Maintain a spotless and well-stocked store and surrounding areas.
- Oversee daily cash, Lotto, and cigarette reconciliation and ensure accuracy.
- Launch in-store promotions, upselling car wash services, and developing strategies to grow revenue.
- Hire, train, and inspire shift managers, cashiers, and deli staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Negotiate better pricing, manage maintenance, and keep equipment running smoothly.
- Jump in where needed, whether it’s covering shifts, troubleshooting, or helping a customer.
Who We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years as a store or gas station manager.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, POS systems, and profit management.
- Proven ability to supervise, train, and motivate teams.
- Comfortable with Excel, email, and store management software.
- English required; Spanish preferred.
- Willing to work weekends, holidays, and step in when needed.
- Passionate about increasing sales and improving operations.
