Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate general ledger entries, reconciliations, and comprehensive financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP standards to maintain the highest level of financial integrity.
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and in-depth financial analysis.
- Perform variance analyses to provide actionable insights that guide strategic decisions.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support tax preparation and audit processes with precision and organization.
- Collaborate with teams on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives.
- Drive efficiency by identifying and implementing innovative process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (required).
- A minimum of 4 years in a Staff Accountant role with proven expertise in US GAAP.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
