With 10 utility-scale solar projects underway and dozens more in development, we’re experiencing rapid growth and are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to help steer our financial strategy and support our expanding portfolio.
Position Summary
In this role, you will serve as a strategic finance partner for our solar farm initiatives. You’ll oversee complex project modeling, capital planning, and cash flow forecasting, ensuring that each development is backed by solid financial insight. Your expertise will guide investment decisions and optimize financing structures as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain comprehensive financial models for large-scale solar projects, including PPA frameworks, tax equity, and debt structures.
Perform sensitivity analyses and scenario modeling to evaluate risks and project feasibility.
Lead cash flow forecasting throughout project lifecycles—from early development to full operation.
Partner on project finance efforts, supporting due diligence, presentations, and investor engagement.
Assess and optimize capital structures to achieve the best financing outcomes for new projects.
Collaborate closely with engineering, legal, and project development teams to align assumptions with real-world conditions.
Monitor KPIs and deliver clear, data-driven insights to leadership.
Stay up to date on policy shifts, market dynamics, and incentive programs shaping renewable energy economics.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline (MBA or CFA a plus).
5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience, including at least 2 years in renewable energy or infrastructure finance.
Deep expertise in Excel-based modeling and advanced methods such as DCF, IRR, NPV, and LCOE.
Strong grasp of project finance, tax equity, and renewable incentive structures.
Proven track record in cash flow analysis for multi-stage infrastructure projects.
Familiarity with energy markets, PPAs, interconnection processes, and permitting timelines.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distill technical insights for diverse stakeholders.
Resourceful, detail-focused, and comfortable in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience in solar project development, EPC agreements, or asset management.
Working knowledge of data visualization and financial platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, ERP tools).
Background in ESG metrics or sustainability reporting.
