Job Description
About the Role:
The Solution Consultant plays a crucial role within the Product Team by fostering strong client relationships and ensuring the successful implementation of new client solutions. This role involves understanding client objectives, assessing processes, and providing technical guidance. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator who excels in driving installations, resolving issues, and providing end-user training.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple customers through the successful implementation of Expresso solutions.
- Manage acquisition and review of required client data.
- Identify and resolve issues, applying appropriate resources for resolution.
- Develop and conduct end-user and internal Expresso program training.
- Coordinate installation handover to the Client Service Manager.
- Participate in refining and implementing internal processes and procedures based on client feedback.
- Maintain a commitment to superior customer satisfaction throughout the installation process.
- Ensure successful completion of implementation.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- General to advanced understanding of relational databases and multiple data formats.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and plan work activities effectively.
- Commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
- Respect for diversity and ability to influence others.
- Collaboration skills to build partnerships and contribute to team success.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
- Experience leading multiple installations involving client stakeholders.
- Previous experience in implementation and project management roles.
- Familiarity with letter shop digital production and USPS regulations.
- Background in software development or experience in a software company.
- Ability to interact effectively within all levels of an organization.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office tools is required.
