Overview:
We’re seeking experienced Service Technicians with a strong technical background, the ability to work independently, and a dedication to exceptional customer service. This role involves daily travel within a designated territory and requires hands-on expertise in troubleshooting and servicing car wash equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, service, and test car wash equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Travel daily within an assigned territory to provide on-site service and maintenance.
- Deliver training and technical support to customers, helping them maximize equipment functionality.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to prolong equipment life and reduce downtime.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: 3-5 years in Electrical, Automotive, or HVAC fields; Electro-mechanical or PLC experience preferred.
- Skills: Proficient with power and hand tools, with strong coordination and motor skills.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Licensing: Clean driving record and valid driver’s license required.
