Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Service Technician who is self-driven, adept at working independently, and possesses excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship. This role involves daily travel within the assigned territory, providing essential repair and maintenance services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Equipment Maintenance: Repair, service, test, and troubleshoot carwash equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Client Support: Provide training and technical assistance to clients, addressing their needs efficiently and effectively.
- Preventative Care: Perform regular preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Travel: Travel daily within the assigned territory to service client locations, ensuring timely and reliable support.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Electrical, Automotive, or HVAC fields. Electro-mechanical or PLC experience is strongly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using power and hand tools, with strong coordination and motor skills.
- Physical Requirements: Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and able to work outdoors year-round.
- Licensing: Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.
