What You’ll Do


  • Lead the design of HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems on complex, high-impact projects.
  • Develop construction documents, specifications, and technical deliverables at the highest standard.
  • Manage construction administration: site visits, shop drawing review, change orders, and closeouts.
  • Coordinate with clients and regulatory agencies on requirements and permitting.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a mechanical engineering team that delivers excellence.

Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (ABET-accredited).
  • 10–20 years of experience producing HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection construction documents.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.).
  • Revit expertise.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Healthcare experience preferred (hospitals, clinics, ambulatory care).
