Position Overview:
As a Sales Support Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of sales operations. Reporting directly to the Sales Support Manager, you’ll collaborate across multiple teams to support top-tier customers across e-commerce, specialty retail, and distributor channels. What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Operations, Marketing, and Accounting to exceed customer expectations and ensure seamless communication.
- Order Management: Process quotes, manage item maintenance, track open orders, and handle changes or cancellations with precision.
- Sales Coordination: Assist with forecasting, monitor inventory and sales activities, and ensure accurate reporting for assigned sales channels.
- Customer Communication: Keep clients informed about purchase orders, new opportunities, and product availability to build lasting relationships.
- Logistics & Reporting: Generate and manage detailed sales and inventory reports, ensuring all data is accurate and actionable.
- Support Vendor Set-Up: Assist with onboarding new customers by completing internal forms and setting up vendor accounts in customer portals.
- Special Projects: Manage marketing materials, co-op classicalness, payment discounts, and any other tasks assigned by the Sales management team.
Who You Are:
- Experienced Professional: 3–5 years of experience in consumer products, with a proven track record in cross-functional team environments.
- Tech-Savvy: Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, V-Lookup) and proficiency in PowerPoint and CRM tools.
- Detail-Oriented Planner: Organized, resourceful, and capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent Communicator: Strong interpersonal and verbal skills to build trust and maintain relationships with clients and teams.
- Proactive Problem-Solver: Motivated, driven, and able to think outside the box to anticipate needs and find creative solutions.
