Reporting directly to the Sales Support Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales Director across various customer channels, including leading .com, mid-tier, distributor, and specialty retail outlets. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless business development operations, fostering relationships with internal departments and external partners to exceed account expectations.

About the Role:

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless business development operations, fostering relationships with internal departments and external partners to exceed account expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal departments and external representatives to fulfill account needs.
- Liaise with operations teams to manage changes/cancellations and track orders.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Monitor sales and inventory activity against forecasts.
- Assist in creating sales and inventory reports.
- Facilitate assets requests for catalogs or promotions.
- Complete necessary forms for exclusive items, markdowns, and promos.
- Aid Marketing & Finance teams with co-op plans or payment discounts.
- Set up the company as a vendor in new customer portals.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding order status and opportunities.
- Undertake other duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of Consumer Product Experience.
- Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Highly motivated, detail-focused, and resourceful.
- Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Lookup) and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong relationship management skills with a high level of professionalism.
- Demonstrated planning skills with a strategic mindset.
