Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Entry-Level Opportunity

We’re seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive lead generation and pipeline growth for our expanding IT, Cloud, and Cybersecurity solutions team. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with a clear path for career growth, including the possibility of transitioning into an Account Executive role with commission-based earnings once you’ve proven yourself in the SDR role.
We welcome candidates with less experience or no experience in tech sales, as well as those with sales or business development backgrounds in other industries. If you’re motivated, eager to learn, and ready to take the next step in your career, we’ll provide the training and mentorship you need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Qualification & Outreach: Identify and qualify sales opportunities by engaging senior IT decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, IT Directors/Managers).
- Account Research & Strategy: Research target accounts using tools like Google, LinkedIn, 6Sense, and Lusha to understand business needs and develop outreach plans.
- Demand Generation: Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to build a strong sales pipeline and drive attendance for industry events and webinars.
- Sales Messaging: Effectively communicate IT, Cloud, and Cybersecurity solutions, highlighting the value proposition to potential clients.
- CRM & Reporting: Track activities and progress in Salesforce.com and HubSpot, ensuring accurate reporting and pipeline visibility.
- Collaboration & Growth: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual in English and Spanish – required
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer service (experience in other industries is welcome)
- Understanding of IT, Cloud, and Cybersecurity solutions is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train motivated individuals
- Experience with Salesforce.com and HubSpot is preferred, but not mandatory
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
