HVAC Counter Sales Representative
Location: Kendall, FL
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturdays, 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
About the Role:
A well-established HVAC supply company in Doral, FL is seeking an experienced HVAC Counter Sales Representative to assist walk-in customers, provide expert product guidance, and process sales transactions. This position is ideal for someone with prior HVAC supplier experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers at the sales counter in a professional and courteous manner
Provide accurate product knowledge and technical support for HVAC parts and equipment
Process orders, generate quotes, and handle returns and special orders
Collaborate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
Maintain product displays, restock shelves, and keep the counter area organized
Recommend additional products based on customer needs and promotions
Use POS systems to manage inventory and sales transactions
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of HVAC counter sales experience required
Knowledge of HVAC systems, parts, and tools is essential
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
Comfortable using basic computer systems for sales and inventory tracking
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
