Counter Sales / Comfort Advisor – Fast-Paced Parts Distribution
Location: Kendall, FL | Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 DOE + uncapped commissions | Full-Time | Onsite

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales:
Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally and enthusiastically.
Provide accurate product guidance and technical support.
Generate quotes, process orders, and handle returns efficiently.
Upsell products and promotions to maximize sales opportunities.
Inventory & Product Knowledge:
Maintain current knowledge of inventory, components, and systems.
Assist with receiving shipments and restocking inventory.
Help customers locate products and recommend alternatives.
Order Management & Transactions:
Process cash, credit card, and account transactions accurately.
Ensure proper documentation of sales, orders, and inventory movements.
Coordinate with warehouse staff for timely order fulfillment.
Teamwork & Communication:
Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and purchasing teams.
Resolve customer concerns and product/service issues professionally.
Maintain a clean and organized counter and sales area.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of counter sales experience in parts or supply distribution.
Strong familiarity with products, tools, or components relevant to the industry.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Proficiency with inventory and sales management systems.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary $50,000 – $65,000 DOE plus uncapped commissions.
Overtime potential for Saturday hours.
