Sales & Account Manager

Serving clients across the United States, our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of safety and survival equipment for the maritime and offshore industries. We are seeking an experienced Sales & Account Manager to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through prospecting, pitching, and closing sales, as well as maintaining and growing existing client relationships. As a Sales & Account Manager, you will work closely with our product development and operations teams to understand our offerings, identify customer needs, and deliver tailored solutions that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively prospect for new clients within the maritime and offshore industries
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
- Participate in industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on market trends and build your professional network

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in sales and/or account management, preferably within the maritime, offshore, or a related industrial sector
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with the maritime and offshore safety equipment industry
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.
