Job Opportunity: Bilingual IT Support Specialist – Entry Level, Overnight Shift

What You’ll Do:
As an IT Support Specialist, you will:
- Assist users with installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and software.
- Provide remote connection support and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Document and manage all actions in the Helpdesk ticketing system, ensuring timely resolutions and adherence to SLAs.
- Train and guide staff on hardware, software, and system usage.
- Monitor systems for events affecting managed environments and support backup operations.
Key Details About the Role:
- Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 7 PM to 7 AM (overnight shift).
- Enjoy a 4-day work week with three days off for work-life balance.
- Flexibility Required: While this is an overnight role, there may be opportunities to transition to a day shift if a position becomes available.
- Pay rate starting at 18/HR.
What You’ll Bring:
- Technical Expertise:
- Familiarity with virtualization environments, cloud infrastructure, and tools like BMC Remedy, CA Spectrum, or SolarWinds is a plus.
- IT certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft) are preferred but not required.
- Communication Skills:
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written abilities.
- Exceptional client interaction and customer service skills.
- Experience & Attributes:
- 1+ year in a call center or support center role preferred, but not required.
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays when needed.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
- A background in telecommunications or IT is a bonus but not mandatory.
