Job Title: Revenue Accounting Manager
 
Location: Onsite - Brickell, FL
 
Schedule: Full-Time | On-site
 
Overview:
A fast-growing technology company specializing in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and internal IT teams is seeking a Revenue Analytics Manager to join its dynamic finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned accounting professional with SaaS industry experience to play a key role in revenue reporting and analytics strategy.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue reports and disclosures
  • Analyze customer contracts and determine proper revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606
  • Develop and uphold revenue recognition policies and ensure compliance with accounting standards
  • Lead reconciliation processes for revenue-related general ledger accounts
  • Support external audit processes and ensure all revenue documentation is in order
  • Manage, coach, and mentor a team of revenue accountants; conduct evaluations and guide career growth
  • Collaborate with internal departments including sales, legal, and operations for contract review and compliance
  • Partner with FP&A for revenue forecasting and business performance analysis
  • Work with IT to maintain accuracy and integrity of revenue-related systems
 
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or similar certification preferred
  • Must have experience in the SaaS or technology industry
  • Minimum 4 years of accounting experience, with a strong focus on revenue recognition
  • Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role preferred
  • Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and ASC 606
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with the ability to present complex financial concepts clearly
  • Collaborative leadership style and ability to build cross-functional relationships
