What You’ll Do:
- Lead and oversee all recruitment efforts, ensuring top-quality candidates are selected through effective sourcing, screening, and selection techniques.
- Provide expert guidance to managers on performance management, employee conduct, and compliance to mitigate risks.
- Manage HR administrative functions, including personnel action processing, performance management systems, and exit interviews.
- Develop and implement human resources policies related to employment practices and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies to maintain a legally sound and ethical workplace.
- Craft engaging employee communication materials, including handbooks, newsletters, and HR bulletins.
- Oversee employee recognition programs and initiatives that enhance workplace engagement and satisfaction.
What You Bring:
? Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
? Experience: 5+ years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a management role.
? Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong expertise in recruitment, interviewing, and selection strategies.
- Deep understanding of employment laws and compliance.
- Exceptional judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to craft and deliver impactful employee communications.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in HR systems, applicant tracking tools, and Microsoft Office.
