Position Overview: We are seeking a bilingual Office Assistant with a "can-do" attitude to join our team. This in-office role requires a professional who can manage front-desk responsibilities and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management: Greet and direct visitors, manage incoming calls, and handle mail distribution.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between departments, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Documentation: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Professionalism: Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Fully Onsite)
