Job Title: Quotation & Ordering Support Analyst

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quotation & Ordering Support Analyst to join our procurement team. This role involves interacting with various departments, including Sales Support, Sales, Sales Engineering, Service Delivery, and Sales Operations, to facilitate efficient quoting and ordering processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Quoting:
- Maintain daily communication with vendors to obtain competitive quotes that meet technical requirements.
- Analyze and validate off-net quote (ONQ) requests from internal customers.
- Submit ONQ requests to identified vendors via email or online tools.
- Relay information for technical analysis and inclusion in customer proposals or business cases.
- Provide operational support to commercial and technical teams to secure optimal cost, delivery, and quality.
- Offer feedback and suggest changes to the Vendor Map based on vendor performance.
Ordering and Delivery Process:
- Assist buyers in the ordering process.
- Coordinate with vendors, Delivery teams, Sales Support, and other departments to validate service orders.
- Monitor delivery dates to support the Delivery team as needed.
Other Related Activities:
- Upload new offers, technical details (e.g., diagrams, kzm files), and orders to Salesforce; maintain vendor documents (e.g., MSAs, SOFs, addenda) in internal databases.
- Keep vendor information and contacts updated.
- Request and follow up on SLA credits based on performance reports from Quality Assurance.
- Assist the invoice validation team when necessary.
- Support team members with information, reports, and other activities as requested.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience: Experience in the telecommunications industry and/or procurement is preferred.
- Skills:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, both verbal and written; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
Work Schedule:
- Hybrid schedule: 2 days in-office, 3 days remote once fully trained.
