Key Responsibilities:
- Execute purchasing strategies to maintain inventory levels based on established minimums and maximums.
- Source and procure HVAC parts, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance.
- Analyze market trends and adjust purchasing strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align purchasing activities with business goals.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Purchasing Agent or in a similar role, preferably in the supplier or wholesale industry.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, including minimum and maximum stock levels.
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems for tracking and reporting.
- Excellent negotiation skills and attention to detail.
