We're looking for a Provider Relations Specialist to be the crucial link between healthcare providers and patients, ensuring access to life-enhancing Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) technology.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of patient support—reviewing medical documentation, coordinating with providers, and offering compassionate service over the phone. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and ready to create real impact in healthcare, we want to hear from you!
? What You'll Do:
Be the go-to contact for healthcare providers and build strong, lasting relationships
Guide providers through our product offerings and compliance guidelines
Review medical documents (progress notes, labs, prescriptions) to ensure insurance qualifications are met
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve product or service questions quickly
Help patients get timely access to Continuous Glucose Monitors through efficient communication and coordination
What You'll Bring:
Experience in healthcare or DME (bonus if you've worked with medical documentation!)
Top-tier communication and organizational skills
A warm, empathetic approach to helping patients
Comfort working on the phone for most of your day
A team-player mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent
