Procurement Specialist
Are you an experienced procurement professional with a strong background in supply chain and manufacturing? We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join a growing organization where you'll play a critical role in purchasing, supplier management, inventory planning, and ensuring materials are available to support production operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage purchasing and procurement activities to support manufacturing operations
Monitor inventory levels and material availability to meet production requirements
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to maximize value and cost savings
Prepare and issue purchase orders for raw materials, equipment parts, and supplies
Track vendor performance and ensure on-time deliveries
Investigate and resolve invoice and pricing discrepancies
Maintain procurement records and approved supplier lists
Support inventory management activities and cycle counts
Coordinate with production, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure material availability
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Procurement Specialist, Buyer, Purchasing Agent, or similar role
Strong supply chain and procurement experience required
Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
Knowledge of purchasing, inventory control, vendor management, and supply chain processes
Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills
Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
