Job Type: Full-Time


Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM


Location: Hollywood, FL (On-site initially, then Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 remote)


Salary: $90,000–$105,000 per year


Job Summary



We are seeking an experienced Contracts Supervisor to support a Purchasing Department by overseeing contract administration processes and supervising contract staff. This role works closely with internal departments and external vendors to ensure contracts are reviewed, negotiated, and executed in compliance with established policies and procedures. The position will be fully on-site in Hollywood, FL for the first month, transitioning to a hybrid schedule thereafter.



Key Responsibilities


Assist the Contract Unit Manager with supervising contract staff and daily operations
Coordinate and facilitate contracts across Purchasing, Legal, Accounting, Risk Management, IT, and end-user departments
Ensure contracts comply with applicable purchasing policies and procedures
Serve as a primary point of contact for vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders throughout the contract lifecycle
Guide contract staff in effective communication with internal departments and external partners
Support contract review, negotiation, execution, and tracking processes
Maintain accurate contract documentation and reporting
Travel as needed and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, or holidays when required


Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, or a related field required
Master’s degree highly preferred
Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Contract Administrator
At least 2 years in a senior-level or lead role
Prior supervisory experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
Experience with contract tracking systems preferred
Prior Lawson system experience highly desirable
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Valid Florida Driver’s License required
