What You’ll Do
Manage a caseload of 35–40 litigation files only (no pre-suit work!).
Receive support from two dedicated legal staffers (no splitting resources!).
Earn a six-figure base salary, plus contractual percentage bonuses on your verdicts or settlements.
Focus 100% on litigation and trial—no intake, no marketing, no distractions.
Tackle cases across auto accidents, medical malpractice, negligent security, sexual assault, and more (state and federal).
Who You Are
A passionate, results-driven litigator with 5–10 years of plaintiff-side experience.
Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar.
You bring trial experience, top-tier communication skills, and a hunger for justice.
