What You'll Be Doing
- Prepare, process, and manage subpoenas
- Handle and track public records requests
- Obtain, review, and organize legal documents and records
- Conduct legal research and gather supporting documentation
- Coordinate with government agencies and third parties
- Maintain case files and document management systems
- Assist with case preparation and legal administrative support
- Ensure deadlines and compliance requirements are met
What We're Looking For
- Paralegal Studies degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
- REQUIRED: Strong experience handling subpoenas
- REQUIRED: Strong experience with public records requests
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems
