Position Title: Office Assistant/Receptionist
Location: Miami, FL
Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Pay Rate: Up to $20/hour, depending on experience
We’re looking for a friendly, polished, and highly organized Office Assistant/Receptionist to be the welcoming face and steady heartbeat of one of our clients' office. If you love helping people, keeping things running smoothly, and juggling a variety of tasks with a positive attitude, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Welcome and assist employees and visitors; serve as the front-desk point of contact
Answer, screen, and route phone calls and emails
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries; coordinate shipments and labels
Keep reception, common areas, and storage spaces clean, organized, and professional
Support meetings and events, including coffee setup and catering coordination
Manage office operations tasks: business cards, access cards, supply inventory, and orders
Assist with filing, copying, faxing, travel arrangements, mobile line support, and SAP purchase order coordination
What We’re Looking For
Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
Strong customer service mindset and professional presence
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
Hospitality experience is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), email systems, and internet tools
Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and adaptable
Positive attitude and team-first approach
