Looking for a fun and professional office environment? We are seeking a Bilingual Office Assistant (English/Spanish) to join a lovely office in the heart of Coral Gables. This is a temporary contract opportunity and a great chance to gain valuable experience while supporting a busy and friendly team.
We are open to experienced administrative professionals as well as junior candidates, recent graduates, or individuals currently pursuing coursework in Marketing or a related field who are eager to build their office experience.
Responsibilities include providing general administrative support, assisting with office operations, handling data entry, answering phones, managing correspondence, maintaining records, and supporting various departments with day-to-day tasks.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a professional office environment. Previous clerical, administrative, customer service, or office support experience is a plus.
Pay: $15-$20 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday
