Job Description

We’re currently searching for an Office Assistant who can support our management team and contribute to smooth day-to-day office operations. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact while maintaining flexibility in your schedule.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Executive Support: Organize calendars, manage emails, approve expenses, and prepare meeting materials.
  • Event & Meeting Organization: Plan and coordinate team meetings, events, and presentations.
  • Office Management: Ensure the workspace and office kitchen are stocked, clean, and functional.
  • Administrative Tasks: Prepare reports, handle correspondence, and support ad hoc projects.

What We’re Looking For:
  • At least 2 years of experience in personal or executive assistance or office administration.
  • Tech-savviness with proficiency in Microsoft Office, calendar tools, and expense management platforms.
  • A degree in Administration, Executive Assistance, or a related field is a PLUS. 
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is a must; Portuguese is a PLUS.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
