What You’ll Be Doing:
- Executive Support: Organize calendars, manage emails, approve expenses, and prepare meeting materials.
- Event & Meeting Organization: Plan and coordinate team meetings, events, and presentations.
- Office Management: Ensure the workspace and office kitchen are stocked, clean, and functional.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare reports, handle correspondence, and support ad hoc projects.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of experience in personal or executive assistance or office administration.
- Tech-savviness with proficiency in Microsoft Office, calendar tools, and expense management platforms.
- A degree in Administration, Executive Assistance, or a related field is a PLUS.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is a must; Portuguese is a PLUS.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
