Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will travel to your assigned territory at least once a month to engage with customers, generate new leads, and build long-term relationships. You will be responsible for presenting quotes, negotiating credit terms, preparing sales orders, and estimating delivery timelines. This role requires experience in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to assigned territory once a month to meet with existing and potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide timely and accurate quotes, negotiate credit terms, and prepare sales orders.
- Estimate and communicate delivery schedules to customers based on their needs.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track sales activities, and report on sales performance.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide value to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Spanish language skills are a strong plus.
- Strong ability to build relationships and maintain rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Benefits:
- Base salary $25,000 with commissions and performance bonuses - potential first year salary $90,000+
