Customer Service Representative – Manufacturing, Distribution, or Logistics

Monday- Friday 8am to 4:30pm
Onsite, no remote work

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with experience in manufacturing, distribution, supply, or logistics. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth order processing and communication.
Responsibilities include maintaining a professional and positive attitude with customers, responding promptly to inquiries, processing orders and requests, documenting interactions, and coordinating with colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for escalating issues when necessary and providing feedback to improve service processes.
The ideal candidate will have prior customer service experience in a similar industry, strong communication and problem-solving skills, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and be comfortable using computers and learning new systems. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities include:
Answering incoming and making outgoing phone calls, responding to emails, and assisting through online chat
Providing customers with accurate account information, order status, shipment details, and delivery ETAs
Processing customer returns, adjustments, and order changes in the CRM system
Maintaining records of customer interactions and ensuring timely follow-up
Coordinating with internal departments to resolve issues and support customer needs
