What You’ll Do
As our Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to person ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include:
Leading and coordinating daily activities of the maintenance technician team.
Assigning, prioritizing, and tracking work orders and preventive maintenance tasks.
Overseeing troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Ensuring rapid response to equipment breakdowns and supporting root cause analysis.
Maintaining accurate records in our CMMS system.
Partnering with production teams to schedule maintenance with minimal downtime.
Conducting inspections of equipment, tools, and facilities for safety and operational issues.
Coaching and guiding technicians to support their growth and performance.
Ensuring compliance with safety policies and OSHA requirements.
Supporting capital projects, new equipment installs, and facility improvements.
Monitoring parts inventory and coordinating procurement.
Leading or participating in safety meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a proactive leader with a strong mechanical background and a proven track record in maintenance supervision. To succeed in this role, you should bring:
Education: High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: 4+ years in maintenance, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to read schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
Familiarity with PLCs, motors, drives, and industrial controls.
Knowledge of OSHA standards (OSHA 10/30 certification preferred).
Proficiency with CMMS systems, SAP, and other ERP/procurement software.
Forklift/Pallet Jack/Reach Truck experience a plus.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and work in varied physical conditions (standing, climbing, kneeling, confined spaces, or heights).
Relevant certifications (Journeyman card, Six Sigma, Lean, etc.) highly desired.
