Service Technician – Car Wash Systems (Field-Based)
Location: Indianapolis (travel required up to 25%)

Are you a hands-on technician who loves solving problems, working independently, and traveling? We're looking for a Service Technician with experience in maintenance, repair, or field servicing to join a growing team in the car wash systems industry.
This is a field-based position where you'll maintain and troubleshoot automated car wash systems across various customer locations in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform scheduled maintenance and urgent repairs on automated car wash systems.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues both on-site and remotely.
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships.
Accurately complete service tickets, reports, and logs.
Train customer staff on equipment usage and basic troubleshooting.
Comply with OSHA and company safety protocols.
Inspect and maintain company-provided vehicle and tools.
Support fellow technicians and assist with onboarding new team members.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED (Technical School preferred).
3-5 years of experience in field service or a related trade (automotive, HVAC, welding, etc.).
Familiarity with power/hand tools and mechanical systems.
Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
Ability to travel up to 25% nationally.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
