Machine Operator – Manufacturing
Location: Hialeah, FL
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Rotating shifts – one week from 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM, followed by one week from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM
Language Requirement: Must be fluent in Spanish
A manufacturing facility in Hialeah is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join its dynamic production team. This role is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is committed to quality and safety standards.
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for running and maintaining machinery involved in the production and packaging process. The successful candidate must be comfortable with a rotating shift schedule and have a proactive approach to operational efficiency and workplace safety.
Responsibilities
Operate manufacturing machinery used in processing and packaging.
Ensure machines are running smoothly and make adjustments as necessary to maintain optimal performance.
Conduct routine quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
Keep the workspace clean, safe, and organized at all times.
Promptly report any mechanical issues or irregularities to the maintenance team.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Basic understanding of mechanical operations and troubleshooting techniques.
Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset.
