Job Description
Leading travel retail company in the cruise line industry is seeking a Digital Loyalty Specialist to drive the success of our customer loyalty program. In this dynamic role, you will help shape and implement strategies that enhance customer engagement and loyalty, fostering partnerships and optimizing performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Loyalty Strategy & Implementation: Develop and execute loyalty and CRM strategies to drive member recruitment, engagement, and sales, with a focus on local market needs in Central America and the Caribbean.
- Partnership Development: Identify and negotiate local and regional partnership opportunities, enhancing the loyalty program’s value for customers and supporting partners’ business objectives.
- Training & Support: Train and support operational teams on loyalty program processes to ensure smooth execution across all channels.
- Operational Oversight: Manage loyalty initiatives, including in-shop, online, and app activations, and address system issues.
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute loyalty marketing campaigns (email, SMS, push) in collaboration with global and local teams.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze customer data, monitor KPIs, and generate insights for data-driven decisions aligned with business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in loyalty program management and CRM
- Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel
- Experience with email marketing, SMS, and automation tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)

Salary: $68,000 plus 10% MBO Bonus.
