Logistics Specialist (Import/Export)
Location: Miami, FL (Onsite, Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM)

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Specialist with at least 10 years of expertise in supply chain management, import/export documentation, and wholesale or distribution environments. This onsite position requires a highly skilled professional to manage complex logistics operations, ensure compliance, and streamline processes for maximum efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of import/export logistics, including documentation, customs compliance, and shipment coordination.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and freight forwarders to ensure seamless and cost-effective operations.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, coordinating with internal teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Ensure strict compliance with international trade regulations and documentation standards.
- Identify and resolve logistics challenges, ensuring minimal disruptions to operations.
- Analyze key logistics metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff, sharing expertise in logistics best practices.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related fields, specifically in a wholesale or distribution company.
- Extensive knowledge of import/export documentation, customs compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record of managing complex logistics processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in inventory management and logistics software systems.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Additional Details:
- This is an onsite position with working hours of Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
- Candidates must have significant experience in wholesale or distribution industries.
