Logistics Manager
Are you a seasoned logistics professional with a strong background in managing complex supply chain operations? We are seeking a Logistics Manager with at least 7 years of recent experience to lead and optimize our logistics functions.
Must have strong import/export background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire logistics and supply chain process, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of inbound and outbound shipments, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with suppliers, distributors, and internal teams to ensure smooth and effective operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as necessary to meet business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of recent experience as a Logistics Manager, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and transportation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and technology.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
